For most items on our site, you have a choice of 5 Delivery Options at Checkout. All of the Delivery companies we use hire service-minded professionals who will treat you with respect and have been trained to handle all large consumer furniture products and handle unique conditions.
Curbside Free
Curbside shipping services are offered free of charge on all items on the site
UPS/ Fed-Ex/ USPS Shipping:
Some small items on our site including, but not limited to: furniture accessories, small appliances, sheet sets, and some furniture items depending on weight, will ship via UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, or a comparable carrier whenever possible. If your item ships via one of these methods, the carrier will drop your item at your front porch or similar first dry area. When your item ships, a tracking link will be provided to you via e-mail. Use this link to track your order items and anticipate arrival dates.
Standard Freight:
Some larger items including, but not limited to: sofas, loveseats, bedroom sets, dining sets, and other items depending on weight, will ship with a standard freight carrier. Curbside shipping means the carrier will bring your items to the first dry area. This typically means, in a residential neighborhood, that items will be left at your front door or garage area. Freight carriers will contact you 24-72 hours in advance to provide you with a delivery date and time window. You are responsible for making arrangements with the carrier so that they can deliver your items in a timely manner from date of receipt into their warehouse. You will be provided a website address and tracking code for your use. Use this information to track your packages and anticipate arrival dates.
White Glove Bronze
This is our most economical White Glove Service, available to you at a per order charge of $50.00. This level of service is also known as threshold delivery. It is a 2 person delivery inside the threshold for residential areas, including 2 flights of stairs prior to the threshold. If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage. Shipper's palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only.
White Glove Silver
This is our intermediate level of White Glove Service, available to you for a per order charge of $75.00. This level of service is ideal for the times it is critical to get a product into your home, up/down two flights of stairs and to the room of choice, but unpacking and debris removal are not necessary. For example, this service would be appropriate for the delivery of a large screen television to your basement or bedroom that needs to be installed at a later time into your home theatre system. This level of service has box number limitations. Please call for details.
White Glove Gold
This is the core White Glove Service option, available to you at a per order charge of $100.00. Gold Delivery includes all the services offered in our Silver Delivery option plus unpacking and basic set-up. Additionally, the delivery team will remove any boxes or debris from your residence. A good example of this service is the delivery of a sofa to the room of your choice, removing all the packaging and screwing the legs in, so that when the delivery team leaves, the product is in the exact condition and location that you want. Set-up time for this service is limited to 15 minutes and no tool-usage.
White Glove Platinum
This is the premier White Glove Service option, available to you at a per order charge of $150.00. Platinum Delivery is the ideal choice for deliveries that demand not only placement, unpacking and debris removal, but up to 30 minutes of light assembly. An example of this service is the delivery of a bedroom set to the room of the consumer's choice, removal of all the packaging, assembly (attaching the headboard, footboard and rails) and the placement of the remaining furniture in the exact location the consumer wants.
