The factory that produces this fine leather furniture is just one of a handful that grades
its own raw leather and finishes those hides. This assures the highest quality of
finished leather goods. The entire piece of furniture is covered in top grain leather. No vinyl
is used anywhere. All leather is full Aniline dyed.
Please keep in mind that no two leather pieces are the same. Variances in grain, color and
density are to be expected and appreciated as the natural beauty of leather.
Frames are constructed with solid kiln dried wood in all load bearing areas. Frames meet
and exceed industry standard construction.
For maximum strength, durability and comfort, a unique "Pirelli Webbing" system is used
in the seating construction. This webbing is tied front to back and side to side on the frame.
Fine automobile manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz and Porsche use the same type
of construction in their leather seating. High quality 2.5 density Memory Foam is used in conjunction
with the outstanding "Pirelli Webbing". All in all, this is one of the most comfortable and durable
