Damages Policy


In order to understand the most appropriate actions you need to take if your order arrives damaged, view the applicable Shipping option below.


Curbside Free

UPS/ Fed-Ex/ USPS Shipping:

In almost all cases, your order will be dropped off and you will not be given an opportunity to inspect it. Please retain all original packaging, and open and inspect your item within 5 days of arrival. Pictures will be required for all damaged items received via this shipping method. We reserve the right to determine the method of resolution for any damaged item(s). Damage must be reported to us within 5 days of arrival. To file a claim, fill out our damage claim form and provide any necessary documentation.


Standard Freight:

In almost all cases, your order items will be dropped off and you will not be given an opportunity to thoroughly inspect it. You must, however, inspect all packaging. If there is any damage to the outer packaging of the item, whatsoever, you must notate package damage on the delivery receipt in order for us to process your damage claim with no additional charge to you. Pictures may be required for damaged items received via this shipping method. We reserve the right to determine the method of resolution for any damaged item(s). Damage must be reported to us within 5 days of arrival. To file a claim, fill out our damage claim form and provide any necessary documentation.


White Glove - All Service Levels

All White Glove deliveries are brought inside your home. You are responsible for inspecting the items to ensure there is no product damage. If there is item damage, it should be notated on the delivery receipt and customer service form provided to you by the delivery service professionals. Also inspect all packaging as the items are brought into your home. If there is any damage to the outer packaging of the item, whatsoever, you must notate package damage on the delivery receipt in order for us to process your damage claim with no additional charge to you. Pictures may be required for damaged items received via this shipping method. We reserve the right to determine the method of resolution for any damaged item(s). Damage must be reported to us within 5 days of arrival. To file a claim, fill out our damage claim form and provide any necessary documentation.


Please Note:

Items that arrive damaged will be either repaired or replaced. We reserve the right to determine the method of resolution after assessing your damage claim. If you elect to cancel an order that arrives damaged, it will be considered a return and a 20% restocking fee, as well as the cost of shipping both ways will be removed from your refund amount.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and can't be exchanged. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable.

Order Cancellation


If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us at 1-800-711-1586 ASAP. We'll do everthing we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped withing 7 business days. As a result we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. Please refer to our return policy if you would like to cancel your order after it has been shipped.
